Kim Sentovich is the founder of Paradigm Shift Group, a seasoned CEO, board director, and strategic advisor. Over a 30-year career, she has led major transformations at some of the world’s most complex and dynamic companies, including Walmart, Home Depot, Gymboree, Torrid, and Rachio.
Her experience spans organizations of every scale - from early-stage startups to large publicly traded enterprises. She has worked in partnership with venture funds, private equity investors, and public company boards. Kim brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, operational improvement, manufacturing and supply chain strategy, technology strategy and implementation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), guiding everything from due diligence to post-deal integration in the consumer products, retail, and healthcare verticals.
She has served on public and private boards, consistently bringing a distinctive blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and transformation leadership to every engagement.
